Dr. Carolyn Stone, nationally recognized expert in the area of school counselor accountability, will be the keynote speaker for OSCAfs first fall conference. Dr. Stone will demonstrate an easy approach to implementing an accountable school counseling program and how to report data to show how counselors effectively impact student success.
